Complaints and consultancy in 2016

In 2016, complaints were filed and processed in various fields, such as: Banking Insurance, Non-Compliant Products, Non-Compliant Services, Tourism, Transport, Auto, Utilities, Housing Associations, Food, Health, Telecommunications or Notarial Activity.

At the same time, in order to facilitate information acces, InfoCons provided the consumers with the 021 9615 phone number in 2016.Also, starting with November 2016, consumers can request information through the WhatsApp messaging service which can be accessed at 0732 008 969.


InfoCons Domain Visits in 2016

In the year 2016 InfoCons.ro portal was visited by 97,868 users with an average of 2,66 pages/session and a percentage of new sessions of 71,46%. Thus, 136,145 sessions were recorded, with an average duration of 2 minutes and 36 seconds and 362.554 pageviews.


Press releases in 2016

In 2016, 124 press releases were transmitted to a data base that has more than 50 000 subscribers.
